Biography: Gigi Meroni

Born in Italy, Emmy Award-winning composer Gigi Meroni attended the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, majoring in composition and commercial arranging.

Gigi moved to Los Angeles in 1997, and in 2015, he founded Sonic Vault Inc. Nestled in the Hollywood Hills, the studio has become a home base for writing the scores for a variety of domestic and international TV shows and films. Clients include Warner Bros., Disney, NBC, Fox, and Italian RAI, with projects such as What’s New Scooby Doo? (Warner Bros.), Norm of the North 2-3 (Lionsgate/Splash), Yoohoo and Friends, Action Dad (Toonzone Studios), Lala Oopsies (MGA), among others.

In 2015, Gigi Meroni composed the score for Io Che Amo Solo Te (Rai Cinema/IIF), which was a huge success—topping the Italian box office in its opening weekend.
